As this chatshow is in Welsh it's not for everyone. It's silly, often simplistic, sometimes banal and yet...I like watching it.
For those of you who haven't seen it, as well as the Jonathan Davies himself the other presenters are Sarra Elgan (rugby show presenter) and Nigel Owens (rugby referee).
The theme is always rugby with guests from other areas such as actors and chefs are brought on the show to talk about, well, rugby.
But the star of the show really is Rhian 'Madam Rygbi' Davies - a rugby-obsessed valley girl (played by Eirlys Bellin). She steals the show every time and has become something of a welsh icon.
